Ok, we’re going to make this short and sweet. We’re up to our necks here in food tickets and I think my cook is burning a pizza as we speak!
Stadium Grille has been filling bellies and keeping the good times flowing since it was established in January of 2007. Formerly the site of Sunrise Restaurant, previous owners Gus & Nick Georgakopoulos and current owner, Emmanuel Tsogas, saw the perfect opportunity to revitalize this great space into a pizza and fried chicken restaurant with a fun and casual atmosphere. Completely gutting and renovating this former hole in the wall was not easy but in the end was worth it as people’s reaction and amazement were evident as soon as we opened the doors.
Since day one, we have proudly touted the fact that we are downtown York’s only brick oven pizza spot. Coupled together with our special recipe fried chicken, hand patted burgers and rotating weekly specials and home-made soups we feel that we have something to offer for everybody. Looking for a quick meal on the go? We got you covered. Want to take a load off and relax in our bar or dining room? Go for it! And yes, we also have breakfast for all you early birds looking for a quick bite and we would be remiss not to mention our extensive and varied carry-out beer selection. We’re not looking to re-invent the wheel here. We keep it simple: beer and food. What else do you really need? Over the past 5 years (and the many more years hopefully to come) the continued support we have received from all our regulars and new customers has been an inspiration and the motivation for us to keep going and constantly improving our craft. We are grateful and indebted to everyone who comes and visits us.
Being an independently owned family business nowadays isn’t an easy gig but we’re not complaining. We will be here to provide all our customers with exceptional food and service they expect and deserve. Also, we’re not some faceless corporation.
